St Mawes Luxury Bed & Breakfast

We have 3 beautifully appointed luxury rooms.  All our linen is from The White Company, as are our toiletries.  The rooms have ensuite shower rooms (a new boiler system guarantees plenty of hot water) .  All mod cons are also provided, wi-fi, flat screen tv with freeview, and a dvd player.

The Rooms
Percuil - a King sized double room with a view of the Percuil River 
Summers - A twin room with a great walk in shower in the bathroom
The Cabin - a bespoke double bed built with a very nautical theme

Nearwater - the house
The house has been designed almost as two houses.  The guest accommodation is all at the front of the house and the family is accommodated in a rear extension.  This means the house offers a more private experience for our guests than a traditional Bed and Breakfast.
After breakfast the dining room reverts to a relaxing lounge for the use of the guests.  The open fire is lit on cooler evenings and the bookshelves are stocked with interesting books.
We have plenty of off road parking.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served either in the private dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting).  Amelia, having spent many years living in New England, likes to offer American style pancakes and french toast as well as the traditional English breakfast.
