Nearwater offers three beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, all individually designed with space and comfort in mind.  There's plenty of opportunity for relaxation at Nearwater, whether in the privacy of your own room, or in our guests' private sitting room - equiped with books, magazines, games and dvds.  The open fire, which we light in colder months, helps to make our guests unwind and relax to Cornish, coastal time.

Our style is relaxed and welcoming, with attention  to the details that make your stay special and make Nearwater "no ordinary b&b".

Amelia (your hostess) is delighted to offer guests the chance to "eat in" at Nearwater.  A romantic, candle lit dinner, with local seafood dishes and scrummy homemade puddings are well worth staying in for.

Tim (your host) is a keen yachtsman who will take you out sailing in Nearwater's 19' Cornish Shrimper - Puffin.  Enjoy a days sailing and experience for yourself some of England's finest cruising grounds.
