Nearwater conveniently located in St Mawes, Cornwall, and only 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach, this boutique style bed and breakfast offers luxury accommodation. Decorated in a New England, coastal style, Nearwater opened in Spring 2010. Nearwater offers three beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, all individually designed with space and comfort in mind.  There's plenty of opportunity for relaxation at Nearwater, whether in the privacy of your own room, or in our guests' private sitting room - equiped with books, magazines, games and dvds.  The open fire, which we light in colder months, helps to make our guests unwind and relax to Cornish, coastal time.

Our style here at Nearwater is relaxed and welcoming.. Amelia (your hostess) will look after you and offer you all the benefit of her extensive local knowledge on great days out and things to do. Tim (your host) is a keen yachtsman who will take you out sailing in Nearwater's 19' Cornish Shrimper - Puffin.  Enjoy a days sailing and experience for yourself some of England's finest cruising grounds.

Dogs - we are able to take dogs in our self catering but not in the bed and breakfast rooms.
Children -  Tim and Amelia love children but have found to make Nearwater work we can only accept babies of less than 6 months, or children from 12 years.
