Nearwater Access Statement

Nearwater is located on a fairly level plot.  Car Parking is 20m from the front of the house, the driveway is gravel and there are no steps from the car parking to the front door.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor.

All Bed and Breakfast rooms are on the first floor and can be only accessed via a staircase.  Trefusis our self catering annex is accessed from the front of the house and is all on the ground floor.
